"The Walkway" Experience

I have heard quite a lot about what they call the "interactive" stations of the cross that happens every Holy Week in Bonifacio High Street, these are not the normal stations of the cross, but each station is so creatively made so that the thought of each station and the message of the whole journey is effectively conveyed to the participants.

This year I was able to try out this experience (and take some pictures along the way) and I think the people who made it did a really good job, from the way it's presented and written to the overall fun factor that makes the message easier to absorb, this is something I'd recommend to friends if they decide to do it again next year.

For those who missed it, take a quick walk with me and I hope it excites you to try it out next year if they decide to do it again.

Palm Sunday Photowalk

They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting,
   “Hosanna!”
“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
“Blessed is the King of Israel!”

 John 12:13

A week before Easter, people go to churches with palm stalks in hand...

Sunday Morning Chinatown

Sunday early morning, the sun is not up yet, and while most people are still sound asleep since it's not a work day, a handful of people went out to experience what Chinatown looks like in the wee hours of a sunday morning!

The game plan was simple... Meet, Shoot, Eat!

The first interesting thing we saw was the sorting of newspapers near the local grocery.

A New Morning

Time is objective, yet it is also subjective!

But to all, it is a new day!

Happy New Year!

Taken in Ilocos Sur during a wedding shoot early in the morning, it was cold and breezy and everyone was still sleepy, but the sun couldn't wait.
